Preparing
Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier. You then receive your tracking number by email.

On its way
Allow 7 to 12 business days in total. Tracking can take a few days to update after shipping; that's normal.

Delivered
Something wrong on arrival? Write to us with a few photos: we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Can't find your tracking number?
Check your spam folder, or write to us with your order number (it starts with #). A real person will reply within 72 business hours.
